After the months, weeks, days and hours of campaigning draw to an end,  Election Day on Thursday 3rd May will arrive. For many, their decision will have been made and they will pop into their local Polling Station to cast their vote. (Hopefully for our Candidate if we have done our jobs). However, everything can be won or lost while the Polling Stations are open, which is why we want to gather a team together to help  with the much needed and important roles of the day.

These range from work at the Polling Stations with the Candidates gathering Electoral Registration numbers as voters arrive, through to joining the rest of the team checking that our known supporters have been able to get out and vote for us. All to often seats are lost as voters feel that their vote wont count, or they simply assume we will win anyway.  This could never be further from fact as the difference between a win or lose situation is very close indeed. Just a few votes in local elections.
